When will my order arrive?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Estimated shipping times:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.
Where do orders ship from?
We partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment network with production facilities around the world. Your order is printed and shipped from the location that can deliver it most efficiently.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation for the correct delivery address.
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact your local postal service.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
If you still can’t locate your order, email info@doomwood.ca with your order number and we’ll be happy to help as much as we can.

I received a damaged or incorrect item.
Please email info@doomwood.ca within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. Feel free to email us if there’s an issue with your order.
When can I receive a refund or replacement?
Refunds are available if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order contains a printing or manufacturing defect.
Please contact info@doomwood.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All items on sale are final.
Additional Information
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Packages returned as unclaimed may be donated or disposed of after 30 days by our fulfillment partner.
